Bridgeport resident Daniel Plummer, 30, was found unresponsive behind the wheel of his vehicle on Feb. 9 in Greenwich, police said. At the time he was found, Plummer’s vehicle had alcoholic beverages and marijuana inside.
According to police, it was later determined that Plummer was operating the vehicle while under the influence and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
On Friday, June 28, police in Milford took Plummer into custody and he was transported to Greenwich Police Headquarters, where he was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and drinking while driving.
Plummer was unable to post a $5,000 bond and is currently behind held until he is to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Friday, July 12 to respond to the charges.
